Cleanup

  • 01Big Cleanup

    Just say "Do a Big Cleanup" and it plans the whole thing.

    Pulls everything out of your Desktop, Downloads, KakaoTalk files, Documents, Pictures and Videos and sorts it into My Tidy Folder. It reads file names, document contents, text in photos, even files inside zips, then sorts by client, institution and document type. When a file could go either way, it asks you, and nothing moves until you approve the preview.

    "You can free up 18.4GB" — follow the tips in one go.

    Shows your PC cleanup score and a diagnostic report. It groups identical files, identical photos and multiple versions of the same document so you keep just one, and finds installers unused for over 6 months, large forgotten files and empty folders.

  • 03Photo sorting

    Similar photos are never deleted. Only exact copies.

    Photos with faces go to People & Family, photos of IDs and documents go to Private Photos, and screenshots and received images get their own folders. Only photos with the exact same size and pixels count as duplicates.

    Make a slow PC feel light again.

    Clears temp files, the Recycle Bin and startup programs. Startup programs can be turned on or off from the next boot.

    Clean once, stay clean.

    Stays in the tray and suggests tidying up new files once a week. It only automates rules you've approved, like "Installers older than 7 days go to the Quarantine Box" or "KakaoTalk photos go into yearly folders".

Protection

    Checks new downloads and labels them Danger, Caution or Safe, and shows where they came from. Dangerous files go to the Quarantine Box before you open them.

    Suspicious mail gets flagged before you open it.

    Connect Naver, Daum (Kakao), Gmail or work mail (IMAP) to get warnings about phishing and impostor emails, a heads-up on important mail you've missed, and tidy attachments.

    Finds files containing resident registration numbers (Korean national ID numbers), bank account numbers or contact details, and keeps a disposal log of what you've tidied or destroyed (Office plan).

    Notices, contracts, application forms: get the gist the moment you open them.

    Open documents in the Dodam Document Viewer to get key summaries, add dates and to-dos to your calendar, spot clauses to watch out for, compare versions, and pull tables into Excel. You can also fill in form blanks, add stamps and signatures, black out personal info, edit and merge pages, shrink files to upload limits, and print in black and white or 2 pages per sheet to save paper.

    Just drag and drop.

    Change photo formats and sizes, create, merge and split PDFs, turn Hangul (HWP), Word and Excel documents into PDFs (on PCs with that program installed), zip and unzip files, even read text in images. Your originals stay as they are.

    Tidied files aren't deleted right away. They're kept for 90 days by default, and each job can be undone in one go.
